Over the years, the importance of matching the right
person to the right job through psychological testing has become
clearer and clearer to HR practitioners and company owners.
Psychological testing has become indispensable to those who are
highly concerned that their investment on a prospective employee
translate into measurable benefits to the company. As our clientele
continues to grow since we started in 1961, we are witness to the
fact that the financial investment our clients allot for
psychological testing and evaluation is generally considered
minimal, compared to the costs entailed in hiring and keeping an
employee who may later turn out to be a “misfit.” There could be one
or more reasons for this, but the questions of whether an applicant
would work satisfactorily or not, and whether he will experience job
satisfaction, are things we try to answer before a mistake in hiring
could be committed. This we do through our Assessment Service. Aside
from helping you select the best applicant, we also assist in
evaluating people being considered for a promotion, as well as in
conducting a manpower audit, wherein all employees of the company
are tested to determine their strengths and weaknesses in relation
to their current jobs, and for future career mapping.
We offer comprehensive testing for all job levels and positions,
which we have classified under different levels. Our assessment
covers mental ability, aptitude and personality testing, through the
use of tailor-made batteries of tests designed to measure particular
dimensions deemed crucial to efficiency in specific positions. Since
we also make use of the latest computer technology, we are able to
submit results much faster than if we were using the traditional,
exclusively hand-scored test batteries.
Our job level classifications and the corresponding areas covered
by our test batteries are as follows:
- Level A, Clerical and Service Positions
- Level B, Technical and Professional Positions
- Level C, Supervisory Positions
- Level D, Managerial Positions
- Level E, Executive Positions
